Wisco Barbell Club’s HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes are a perfect way to build up your cardio and strength with the support of others. These classes typically run a little under an hour and feature a variety of exercises from ‘the big four’ barbell movements (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press) as well as more functionally focused movements like weighted lunges and jumps.

You will learn 4 strongman movements - a deadlift variation, an overhead movement, a loading movement, and a weighted carry. Our resident strongman Eric will teach you the technique and lead you through an intense but enjoyable workout!
