How do I access the gym 24/7?

We have an app that gives you access via our front door access pad. We also offer physical fobs for a $25 deposit.

What's the difference between HIIT, Small Group Strength Training, and Personal Training?

All classes and personal training sessions are focused around strength training, but depending on your preferences, we offer three different options.


Our HIIT Classes have up to 10 people per class, so this is for people who enjoy a larger group setting. These classes offer a variety of timed exercises that are a combination of cardio and strength training.

Our Small Group Strength Training Classes have up to 4 people per class, so a great option for people who like a more intimate group setting. These classes can be more catered to each members' goals, but are mostly focused on progressive strength training.

A Personal Training Session is an hour long 1:1 session to work with you directly. A great option for people who want personalized hands on training.

Do you offer any free classes or trial periods?

We offer one free class for any new members that can be applied to a HIIT Class or Small Group Strength Training. Use code FIRSTCLASSFREE when checking out.

Are there any long term contracts or facility fees?

Nope! We only have the month to month fee depending on your membership level.

Who teaches all the classes and sessions?

Our Co-Owner Dakota Selje teaches all classes and personal training sessions, so you will have consistent training and not have to worry about turnover.

Are there showers? Do they come with any amenities?

We have two unisex shower rooms that come with bath towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and some additional amenities to help freshen up.

Any equipment or amenities coming down the pike?

We are working on getting a steam sauna by this fall! If you have any equipment you would like to see in our gym that we don't currently have, please let us know at

Do you offer Child Care?

We do not currently offer child care. Any child under 13 must be supervised at all times, but are welcome to hang out in our lounge during any training sessions.

Is there an age limit for training?

There's no age limit on either end, but we do require adult supervision for anyone under 13 taking classes or personal training.

How do I pause or cancel my Membership?

You can make an account through our website and cancel through that portal. Alternatively, you may also email us at and we'll help you out.

Do you offer any referral bonuses?

We do! We offer a $50 credit for any members you refer (with no limits on how many).

What's the Social Club?

The Social Club is our event space in the unit next to the gym. We rent the space out by the hour for events, performances, classes, rehearsals, or anything else people would like to host.

What are the events?

We offer various community events both in our lounge and in the Social Club. These free events are open to everyone, members and non-members alike.
